Terms & Conditions
The short version: order from us, we'll ship you an authentic piece. If something is wrong, you have 14 days to return it. Here are the details.
1. Placing an order
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. The order is confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email and your payment is authorized. We can refuse or cancel any order (for example, if a price was clearly wrong or stock ran out) — you'll get a full refund if we do.
2. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where supported. They include VAT where it applies. Duties and import taxes for international orders are calculated at checkout where possible. We accept major credit cards and standard online payment methods.
3. Shipping
- Orders are dispatched within 3 business days.
- Every shipment is fully insured, tracked, and requires a signature.
- Delivery time depends on your country — usually 2–7 business days.
4. Returns & refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn item in its original packaging. Email support_luxe@codebreakers.uk to start a return. Once we receive the item, we refund the original payment method within 7 business days.
Fragrance, earrings (for hygiene reasons) and custom-engraved items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
5. Authenticity guarantee
Every piece we sell is 100% authentic. A certificate of provenance ships with every order. If anything ever proves otherwise, we refund you in full — no questions asked.
6. Warranty & repairs
Manufacturer warranties apply where the brand provides one. For repairs or service after the warranty, email us and we'll point you to an authorized service centre.
7. Using this website
You agree not to misuse the site (no scraping, no attempts to break it, no using it for anything illegal). All images, text and brand marks belong to Luxe Sparkles or the respective brand owners.
